The Memphis Juneteenth 2024 festivities kicked off on Saturday at Fourth Bluff Park with the Cynthia Daniels Shop Black event.
The park was transformed into a bustling marketplace where local artists and business owners showcased their talents and products. The air was filled with the rhythmic beats of local performers, creating an atmosphere of unity and celebration.
Uglass Tees was thrilled to be part of this event, surrounded by the creativity and entrepreneurship that Memphis is known for. Our booth was buzzing with excitement as attendees explored our unique collection of tees. We loved connecting with our customers and sharing the stories behind our designs. It was a day of community, culture, and commerce, and we were honored to be a part of it.
Sunday, June 16 – TONE Memphis Event
The celebration continued on Sunday, with TONE Memphis sponsoring an incredible event that brought the community together for a day of fun and entertainment. The event featured everything from horseback riding and games to a dazzling car show. Local artists took the stage, captivating the audience with their performances.
The highlight of the day was the main stage, where the legendary Erykah Badu took on the role of DJ, spinning tracks that had the crowd dancing and singing along. The energy was electric as Juicy J, HittKid, and other talented artists delivered unforgettable performances.

Uglass Tees was there, soaking in the vibrant atmosphere and offering our stylish tees to festival-goers. It was amazing to see so many people come out to celebrate Juneteenth, honoring the past while looking forward to a bright future. The sense of community and pride was palpable, and we felt privileged to be part of such a meaningful event.
Juneteenth weekend in Memphis was a powerful reminder of the importance of community, culture, and history. Being a vendor at these events allowed us to connect with our customers on a deeper level and share in the joy and pride of our city.
