Welcome to The T-shirt Junt FAQ page! We’ve compiled answers to some of the most common questions to help make your shopping experience seamless. If you don’t find what you’re looking for here, feel free to contact us directly.

Question Can I cancel or Modify my order?
Answer
  • Cancellations will ONLY be honored within 24 hours.
  • All orders are made to ship once your order is in the production phase the order can not be canceled.

Please send us an email at orders@thetshirtjunt.com if you would like to cancel.

Question What is your return Policy?
Answer

All of our items are made by hand at the time of purchase.

  • We do not have a warehouse or inventory.

  • We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.

  • Since we print every product when it is ordered, approved size exchanges after 24 hrs will incur a $10 restocking fee plus shipping.

  • Please be sure to check our size chart before ordering.

  • Please be sure to check the product page. Each product has a sizing chart.

If you received a defective item, we will kindly replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Please contact us at orders@thetshirtjunt.com for further information.

Question What type of printing process is used on your apparel?
Answer
  • All of our shirts are printed by hand and custom made at the time of ordering.

  • We use primarily vinyl heat transfer processes and/or DTF Printing processes to produce our shirts.

Question What size should I order?
Answer
  • Our sizes range from XS – 3XL.

  • Please see our sizing chart on the product page for more details and suggestions for fit. Most shirts are unisex (mens) tees unless indicated otherwise.

  • We suggest women should order one size DOWN from their regular size.

Question What shirt brand do you print on?
Answer
  • All Uglass Tees standard t-shirts are printed on 4.3 oz., 100% combed ringspun cotton fine jersey.
  • Our shirts have a trendy style with a slim fit, but they run true to fit if sized per our sizing chart.
Question Do you ship internationally?
Answer

We currently do not ship internationally.

Question What shipping method do you use?
Answer
  • Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
  • If a customer's order is returned to us due to them not claiming their package, multiple delivery attempts made, etc. The customer is responsible for paying the reship fee in order to receive the item(s). If not, a refund will be processed for the cost of the items only.
Question How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Answer
  • Standard shipping for orders in the United States takes 7-10 business days. Most orders are received within 10 days of ordering.
  • During holidays or times of high demand, orders will take 10 – 15 business days to ship.
  • You will receive a tracking notification email once your order ships
Question Collaborating with OUR UGLASS
Answer

Does your company or organization want a custom message? We can collaborate and sell this collaborative message on our website.

What this COLLABORATION means and what it would entail:

  1. Must be an existing brand, organization, or influencers that have a message that they would want to put on a t-shirt?
  2. The message has to be on-brand with Uglass Tees and will have to be co-created or approved by Uglass Tees. Uglass Tees does not create any images on t-shirts, solely text.
  3. The design will be sold only on Uglass Tees and the organizations site and Uglass Tees will split percentage of sales profit. *As agreed upon with an official contract.*
  4. Collaborations are placed on the Uglass Tees website for a limited time and BOTH parties must sign an agreement to market the limited collaboration.
  5. Uglass Tees charges an onboarding fee which includes the design fee, edits to the design, onboarding meetings, integration into the Uglass Tees website, and trademark licensing.

Here's how it works:

  1. Organization or brand fills out collaboration intake form.
  2. If collaboration is fitting, organization or brand meets with Collaborations Team for initial review, contracts and additional documents.
  3. Collaborator meets with design team for development of message.
  4. Once percentage split, logistics for launch, marketing materials and time lines are established, the collaboration will be LAUNCHED!

Question Want to buy these JUNTS in bulk?

Have a group that you would like to buy the same Junt for? (More than 12 of the same Junts) This option is not available for resale, or custom designs. Only available for bulk orders.

We are so excited you are interested in buying a bulk order from Uglass Tees.

Before we dive into the fun part, we want you to understand what buying BULK with Uglass Tees means and what it would entail.

Stipulations to qualify to buy bulk messages:

  1. This option is created for group orders only and not for resale.
  2. Prices are based on bulk order rate. Depending on quantities (must be over quantity of 10 of the same junts, sizes can vary).
  3. Buyer is NOT AUTHORIZED to resale bulk bought messages.

Question Want to partner?
Answer

If you own an organization or entity in which you want to create a CUSTOM message and wholesale, license or own the design, this partnership is for you.

  1. You must have an existing brand, have an organization, or be an influencer that has a message that you would like to put on a t-shirt.
  2. The message has to be on-brand with Uglass Tees and will have to be co-created or approved by Uglass Tees. Uglass Tees does not create any images on t-shirts, solely text.
  3. The design will NOT be sold by Uglass Tees and the organization will solely be response to market and/or sell the junt.
  4. Organization/ Brand should wholesale the created message.
  5. Uglass Tees charges a design fee for creating the design and licensing use of trademark for collaborations.

Here's how it works:

  1. Organization or brand fills out partnership intake form.
  2. If partnership is fitting, organization or brand meets with Partnership Team for initial review, contracts and additional documents.
  3. Organization/ Brand meets with design team for development of the junt.
  4. Organization/ Brand has the option to customize inner tag, co-branded informational fliers, organization/ brand's logo placement on t-shirt, and possible customization of Uglass Tees tote bag.
  5. Once message is confirmed and wholesale payment is made, project is placed into production.
